Forara process orders each business day, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Beijing time. Orders received before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Once order and payment details have been verified and processed by Forara, you will receive an updated email confirmation signifying your order has been approved and is awaiting fulfillment. Once an order is "awaiting fulfillment", in stock items will typically ship the very same business day. For items with an estimated lead time, the lead time starts when the order reaches awaiting fulfillment status. Customers will be notified immediately at any point in the fulfillment process if there are any unexpected delays in availability.

Shipping Methods
Forara cooperates with the major and trusted international express carriers, as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS. DHL is the preferred shipping service provider for Forara. If you prefer to make your own shipping arrangements or use your own 3rd party service provider account, please provide those details to Forara along with your order in the comments section.
Tracking numbers will be provided via email when available, always within one hour after picked up. Upon arrival of your shipment, please inspect the physical condition of the package prior to opening the box. If the shipment appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Fees
We constantly negotiate with our shipping vendors to provide our customers the lowest rates and best service levels. Forara sales will include detail and accurate shipping fees in replying email and invoice. If the package contained too many brand products, we may ship it via different couriers or shipments in order to avoid the customs problem. Any extra charge incurred during shipment for additional services, must be paid by customers.

Problems With a Shipment
If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, or if the shipment appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via phone call, or email, or online chat.
Forara sales will follow-up with the shipping service provider immediately and provide you with an update or further instructions quickly. If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. In cases of both loss and damage caused during delivery to international addresses, a replacement item can only be sent once a claim with the shipping provider has been processed and completed. The intended recipient may be required to provide a signed statement attesting to the non-delivery as part of the claims process.
