    1) If the host board provides reference clock, Baud-rate = RefClock x 64
    2) If the host board does not provide reference clock, a crystal oscillator must be installed inside the module. The crystal oscillator frequency is exactly 1/64 of the Baud-rate, and customer must specify your host board Baud-rate.
